1. Are all pieces handmade?
Yes! Every piece at Helen & Arthur Jewelry is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. From the initial design to the final polish, each creation passes through our own hands. We pour our years of experience, patience, and love for craftsmanship into every step.

2. What materials do you use?
We use only premium, ethically sourced materials, including high-quality metals, diamond-like stones, and fine detailing. Each element is carefully chosen for its elegance, durability, and timeless beauty that lasts for years to come.

3. Are the pieces limited edition?
They are. Since we handcraft each piece in small batches, most designs are available only in limited quantities. Once a style sells out, it is unlikely to return, so if something catches your eye, we recommend not waiting too long.

4. Do you accept custom orders?
As we are preparing for retirement, we are no longer able to take on custom or made-to-order requests. However, we invite you to explore our final collection while these remaining pieces are still available.

5. How do I care for my jewelry?

6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If that ever changes, we will update this section and notify our community through our newsletter.

7. What are your shipping times?
We usually process orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your jewelry is on its way.

8. What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make sure to make it right.

9. Can I still shop after your retirement announcement?
Yes, you can, but only while supplies last. Helen & Arthur Jewelry is in its final chapter, and these are the last creations we will ever make. We warmly invite you to explore the remaining pieces before they are gone for good.
